Add medalists sections for each LO? How? (Is it worth though?)

Duplicate problems

How are we going to deal with the problems that are shared by multiple olympiads? (NACLO, OzCLO, UKLO, ...) It is redundant to have separate pages for those problems.
What about the problems that are very similar but differ by a bit?
