I'm also very happy to help with problem addition. In particular, I think it could be worthwhile to think of ways to make more user-friendly problem shortcuts/pages (e.g. Problem:Yonggom redirecting to Problem:IOL/2019/i1). Samuel K Ahmed (talk) 20:06, 28 April 2020 (UTC)

If XLO has multiple rounds, make Problem:XLO/2019/r1/1/xx, Problem:XLO/2019/r2/1/xx, ... but do not make Problem:XLO/2019/r1 or Problem:XLO/2019/r2 pages.
